We accept most health insurance plans. Before scheduling an appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your health plan to verify that our location is included in your network. Your health plan will also be able to inform you of any co-pays, deductible, or co-insurance amounts that will be your responsibility.

We have transitioned into a new software, the appointment scheduling will look significantly different. You can now schedule and check-in with just your email and your own password. This will stop any double bookings and allow you to control your calendar more efficiently.

***Due to scheduling conflicts, a minimum of 4 hours notice is required for cancellation requests. Without notification, a $20 no call / no show fee will be assessed. ***
